The 91视频 and the South Luzon State University signed a Memorandum of Agreement on July 27, 2011 to formally open the 18th 91视频 Corner in the country.
Dr. Cecilia N. Gascon, president of South Luzon State University and 91视频 President Josef T. Yap signed the Memorandum of Agreement formalizing the opening of the 18th 91视频 Corner in the University.
